Ned Kavanagh's Garage

Description

Ned Kavanagh's Garage is on Island Road in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, a family business with over 75 years of combined experience across Ned himself, his son-in-law John Sinnott and his daughter Marie. The garage runs a full suite of services: routine servicing, timing-belt and wet-belt replacement, general repairs, diagnostic testing, and both pre- and post-DOE/NCT work. It also carries out the RSA-required 13-week periodic inspection for taxis and other licensed vehicles. Ned himself is on call 24/7 by mobile, and the family point out that customers travel back to Enniscorthy from Cork, Dublin and further afield for servicing — generations of the same families, dealing directly with the person who actually works on the car rather than through a service desk.
