Simon Kavanagh Motors Enniscorthy

Description

Simon Kavanagh Motors is a family business on the Dublin Road in Enniscorthy, trading in the motor industry since 1988 and running showrooms in both Enniscorthy and Waterford City. It sells quality used cars and 4x4s, with a stated specialism in high-spec diesel vehicles with low CO2 emissions and therefore low road tax — a practical consideration in Ireland, where motor tax on post-2008 cars is banded by emissions. Every car is history checked and undergoes a 101-point safety check, and the company is an AA Approved Dealer. The workshop is not an afterthought: both sites carry out car servicing, general repairs and NCT pre-tests with current diagnostic equipment, so a fault can be found and put right before the national test rather than after a failure. The business is a member of ESDA, the Irish diagnostics association. Open Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30 and Saturday 10:00–13:00.
